I was floored. 1) she meant it. 2) she illustrated in another way just how much support we get with Rodan and Fields. Could you imagine if every job operated this way and gave you time to do what you needed to do in life, supported you, etc. and made you as employees feel invaluable? All jobs would have 100% job satisfaction. Sadly, we dont all get that support everyday from our main sources of income. Another reason I am so thrilled I took this chance.
