Two month ago every morning I got out of bed at half past six to do a morning jogging. I had been running for one year and I thought I was worn-out. I am not the one who stays awake early in the morning and have nothing to do but jog. Every morning when I woke up I thought all my effort was used up. I did this grievous morning jogging just to lose my weight. But the result wasn’t effective. I must tell you if you are doing jogging to lose weight you can surrender now and I will suggest you an simple, convenient and valid method which I have used.
