Two month ago every morning I got out of bed at half past six to have a morning jogging. I had been jogging for one year and I thought I was exhausted. I am not the person who stays awake early in the morning and have nothing to do but run. Every morning when I woke up I felt all my strength was run out. I did this torturous morning jogging just to lose my weight. But the result wasn’t valid. I have to tell you if you are doing jogging to lose weight you can give up now and I will introduce you an easy, convenient and effective approach which I have used.
