Two month ago every morning I got up at half past six to take a morning jogging. I had been running for one year and I felt I was tired. I am not the one who is awake early in the morning and have nothing to do but jog. Every morning when I got up I felt all my strength was run out. I did this grievous morning jogging just to lose my weight. But the end wasn’t distinct. I have to let you know if you are doing jogging to lose weight you can abandon now and I will introduce you an simple, advantageous and valid approach which I have used.
