Two new major roundabouts in South Central El Paso opened ahead of schedule Friday as work continues on the $10.5 million Alameda and Paisano Intersection Improvement Project. The two roundabouts on Alameda Avenue near Fox Plaza are part of the larger $10.5 million reconstruction project that will reconfigure Alamedas connection to Paisano Drive.
