Two of my biggest complaints this time of year are barking neighbor dogs and failure to provide adequate shelter. Educating the public goes a long way for both of these things. The last thing anyone wants is bad blood between neighbors over something that can be an easy fix. If you are friendly with your neighbor, talk to them..they just might not know Fido is barking when they leave. If you are not friendly, Of course...call Animal Control and I can talk to them. As far as shelter goes, a dog must be provided with adequate shelter to get out of the elements. For those of you who have extra Hay or a dog house sitting around....Let me know, I am sure I can find someone in Need or put it on an online site...dont let that shelter go to waste if you are not using it. You could make someones Fido a very happy Pup!
