Two of our fantastic and talented Kitchen Assistants are moving. We are very bummed about it. Both these ladies have been amazing to know and work with!! Are you or someone you know interested in working in a commercial kitchen? Here is a brief description of the positions we have open. Currently we are looking for full time and part time but would be willing to look at all part time positions if necessary. Kitchen Assistant: Duties include but are not limited to maintaining a clean work environment according to state health codes, fill orders in a timely manor, wash dishes, sweep, mop, prep for and/or prepare quality meals following specific recipes when assigned, and other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager. Strong attention to detail is necessary. Able to work well with time and deadline pressures. Knowledge of health and food handling codes are preferred but not required. Knowledge of or experience with food allergies and intolerance is preferred. Maintain a solid customer relationship by handling customer questions and concerns accurately with speed and professionalism. Excellent communications skills in writing and in speaking are essential.
