Two thoughts: I remember ppl telling me the personal reasons they couldnt attend an event (they messed with someone and they had a falling out so they cant be there) and thinking thats what smalltimore means & what can make things difficult and how ridiculous that is & stop dealing w/ppl frivolously and messily in small circles. Then this week I saw 2 events I really want to go to & right around where I live and thought: event 1: if THAT dude even looks in my direction Im rockin his jaw event 2: I dont even wanna see that girl because she disgusts me Now I gotta check myself .. Ive never let others affect my moves before, why now? Why should personal issues w/ppl take away from what should be professional spaces. An awards show consists of a bunch of ppl that had drama with one another in one space and they still show up & put on face & do what they have to do QOD: What do you do?
