Two years ago today, I was getting ready for my 39 week prenatal check-up, when I started feeling slight contractions. I made it to my appointment and I mentioned to my doctor that I felt like I may be in labor. He said that he couldnt admit me because my water hadnt broke, but he could schedule me to be induced the next morning. I was sent home...after an excruciating hour driving home, and sitting at the house for about 30 minutes, I knew I had to get back to the hospital. Facing another one hour drive back to the hospital, and I was quite convinced I was going to give birth in the front seat of my car. I finally made it back to the hospital, and within two hours my precious 7 lb, 4.4 oz bundle of joy was placed in my arms! I couldnt ask for a more perfect little girl! All the intense pain and agony was quickly replaced with this amazing gift from God. Happy second birthday Kendall Markelle, our Princess! Your Daddy and I both love you more than you could ever know!
