Tygas Sweet, Salty, Spicy, Sticky Pork Spare Ribs. 1 1/2kg por spare ribs (remove rind if u want) 250g jar char siu sauce 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup sweet chilli 2 tbls Chinese Shaoxing cooking wine 3 garlic cloves, crushed 2 tsp grated ginger 2 tsp chilli flakes Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and add pork cover and marinate over night or for a few hours. add all to your sc and cook on LOW for 5-7hrs (depending on ur sc) when cooked I remove ribs and turn my sc to sear function and reduce the sauce. you can do this on stove in a pan or you dont have to at all. serve with rice and veg or chips and salad. pour sauce over ribs and rice if using rice top with toasted sesame seeds and finely sliced spring onions and enjoy
