It is not the North that is preparing for war but America , British and other oil/gas companies and allies are preparing for war because of the candidacy of Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume which they see as a threat to their huge and rip-off economic interest and profit in Nigeria. They see Dr. Ofume’s social, religion, economic and political policies and practices as elimination of bribery and corruption, looting and flight, full plan to settle the conflicts in the east, middle belt, north, south, and west because Dr. Ofume & Associates found that what these regions want to end these conflicts are too small to be denied by any intelligent and smart president and government. America , British and other oil/gas companies and allies thinks that solving and resolving these conflicts will reduce their daily profits from nigeria’s oil/gas, iron/steel, mines/power, etc which is over $80million per some big oil/gas companies such as Shell and others including US companies. They see Nigeria as melting and endless milk pot. Dr. Ofume is hard-line non-align, neutral in all the crisis in Nigeria and as such he will put an end to emergence of any civil war, religion conflict, inter/intra ethnic conflicts, etc. He will integrate all armed groups into his government to enable him resolve the economic and other conflict which this weak government is unable to resolve because of adoption of commission, panelist and ministerial strategy which focused on looting and repatriation of the money approved for the development of these regions. No country in the world will use his government to steer up war and conflict and no country can call his government to engage or assist in contra-terrorism/terrorist war and other activities relating to this racist action or activity. Dr. Ofume will focus on how to make Nigeria best place to leave and will not have time to waste public fund on millions of foreign meetings, conferences, seminar, symposia, etc. as President Olusegun Obasanjo and others have done. Sake of Homeland Security, Dr. Ofume will remove the immunities enjoyed by president, diplomats, governors, senators, lga chairmen/women, corporate body, etc which enable them to loot and repatriate nigeria’s monies , now to be having over 350 presidential and private jet planes packed inside and outside Nigeria several youths, graduates and other employable Nigerians are suffering without jobs and other means of livelihood. With about $400million revenue no Nigerian is supposed to be poor, stay without job, without roof over his/her head, suffer hunger and starvation, etc. Under Dr. Ofume’s presidency, America , British and other oil/gas companies and allies feel that returning oil/gas and iron/steel industries to Nigeria will terminate their profits which is about $80million/day per some operating companies. America , British, EU, and other oil/gas companies and allies have budgeted about or over 10billion pounds to bribe politicians, media, NGOs, etc to oppose Dr. Ofume’s candidacy but over 169 countries (now) and majority of nigerians (reserve) oppose the position of these profiteers. Nigerians are afraid to speak out and Dr. Ofume & Associates want the political climate to remain like this (closure) until election day. Dr. Ofume & Associates have coordinators and deputies (reserve) in all states of Nigeria engaged in 24hours/day campaign. The report released by the Strategic Studies Institute of War College was written by two former American servicemen, Gerald McLaughlin and Clarence J. Bouchat. McLaughlin is a graduate of the U.S. Army War College while Bouchat is also an adjunct professor at the U.S. Army War College (USAWC) The report, whose foreword was written by the Director, Strategic Studies, Institute and U.S. Army War College Press, Professor Douglas Lovelace, observed that divisive forces were becoming more stronger than uniting forces in Nigeria, warning that unless this was reversed, Nigeria`s existence could be jeopardised. According to the report, “Parochial interests created by religious, cultural, ethnic, economic, regional, and political secessionist tendencies are endemic in Nigeria. Under such stresses, Nigerian unity may fail. “Should Nigeria’s leaders mismanage the political economy and reinforce centrifugal forces in Nigeria, the breaks to create autonomous regions or independent countries would likely occur along its previously identified fault lines,” the report warned. “Having already experienced one brutal civil war, Nigeria is at risk for a recurrence of conflict or dissolution, especially since some of the underpinning motivations of the war remain unresolved,`` the report observed, detailing many fault lines speeding up disintegrative tendencies in the country. “Indeed, East Timor, Eritrea, Croatia, and Somaliland indicate that the weakest point of failing states is along colonial borders. Of more interest for Nigerian unity is that this may also occur between regions separately administered by a common colonial power, as occurred between Malaysia and Singapore, and North and South Sudan, where differences proved irreconcilable after the departure of British administration. At least, some of the resulting regions and states of a possible Nigerian devolution may divide along such internal lines”, the report projected. While conceding that Nigeria’s fate is primarily in the hands of Nigerians, the report noted that such could be positively affected by actions of the US, adding that “Nigeria’s future is in balance and the United States should help tip the scales.” The report particularly warned that religious differences were taking the centre-stage in the emerging conflict situation in the country, disputing repeated reports that economic reasons were to blame for the insurgency and other conflicts in the country.
