"U" is for "understanding" and "using." Understanding your strengths and limitations and likes and dislikes are key to choosing movement, activities and exercises that are beneficial, safe and enjoyable. If you press on in an area of bodily vulnerability, you risk injury. If you press on in an are of dislike, movement becomes a hated (or at best, tolerated) chore (in some cases, chores need doing though, E.g physio to help prevent of minimise pain). Experiment, try new things (try OLD things!) and find what works for YOUR body and mind!
