U11 Netball Central Venue League V Morda (Tuesday 11th March 2014) The U11’s secured another fantastic victory in the Central Venue League on Tuesday 11th March, winning 13-2 against Morda. The first quarter was very even with Oswestry edging a 3-1 lead which they extended to 8-1 at half time. We continued to play well as a team, passing the ball effetively down the court with Hannah and Katy linking the play to our shooters with Captain, Anna consistent in finding the net. Natasha was strong in the defence making vital interceptions to deny Morda their chances at goal and was supported by Lola and Alfie who also made several vital interceptions to break down Morda’s attacking play. We continued to dominate the attack which allowed shooting duo, Anna and Ruby to combine well and secure a well- deserved victory of 13-2. Well done girls, a great team performance. Mrs Turner
