UFC Gym Membership specialist (Marlboro) Do you have what it takes? A membership specialist will promote the benefits of the UFC Gym and include membership sales. This position requires industry experience with a fundamental knowledge the UFC and a background in health and fitness. Membership Specialists will be responsible for enrolling new members, driving community awareness by handing out fliers, setting up tables at local events, UFC Fight Nights…while supporting the operations of the gym. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of the gym, customer service and ability to enforce the club rules. If you have passion, experience, and feel energized by helping people make fitness part of their life, then the membership specialist position is the right position for you. We are looking for a people person who has a flexible schedule. Must be well spoken and have good communication skills. This is a part time job up to 20 hours a week with the possibility of more hours depending on your ability. This is not a summer job or a high school job. Weekends are required.
