UGH!!!! Gettting SOOO frustrated with my job search!!!!!! I know my gap in employment looks terrible, but dangit!!!! In the past 2 years and 11 months I have had SEVENTEEN WEEKS of bed-rest, went trough labor (natural with stitches), a tubal ligation, a hysterectomy, and a surgery to remove adhesions!!!!! And on top of that I got my wisdom teeth removed 2 weeks after labor and ended up getting dry socket AND an ulceration in my eye!! (pretty sure the two were not related) I am NOT racist and LOVE people of ALL colors and backgrounds, but I feel I am getting discriminated against because I am just a white girl!!!! You have to be native american to work in any of their facilities and I am sure a certain percentage of employees in other facilities have to be latino or black (why else do they make you check what you are?) I have had a similar experience in AR trying to get medical coverage while pregnant..... I had to wait until my son was LIFELIGHTED and over a month old.. and three LOST applications while if you spoke Spanish you were rushed to the first of the line.... ugh! Okay rant over.. but when will equality REALLY exist????? How long do I have to pay for what EVERY races ancestor took part in??????? Cant a hardworking/intelligent white girl with 3 college degrees get a JOB?? That I want?????
