If THEY HAVE not been here the length of time, held their hand up and recited the pledge of allegiance, and accepted their citizenship legally THEY ARE NOT A CITIZEN! PERIOD! No GREEN ACT AMNESTY! THEY SAY if that person committed a crime as a teen or young person THEY SHOULD be able to stay.
