UPDATE: Emily is in her room (#285) resting and did great during surgery which took approx 7 1/2 hours. Shes in a lot of pain but she is strong as hell!! They will be keeping her here for several days for monitoring. Shes in a large private room so shes pretty happy about that. They wont refrigerate her Koolaid which she is very pissed about (has to be labeled from a manufacturer which is dumb). She already misses our cats. Cats are the best medicine she says. Duh.
