UPDATE: Here comes the last batch of heavy bands of WET weather. Kind of an interesting looking storm. On radar it doesnt look like a classic NE storm. Some are even calling it the opposite: A Soueaster. Mostly, because the storm is whipping warmer winds from the SE and SW than NE. That will change in a couple of hours though. Cold winds are coming from the mountains. This is called Cold-Air Damming . This is where high winds slope easterly off the mountains and rush towards the coast as the storm moves up the coast. Expect winds to increase up to 35MPH with higher gusts. As far as the next few days and next week, there are hints of a mini-storm for next week but temperature is the key. Ahead of the storm it could be cold but the storm brings up warmer air so it needs to be REAL cold for anything to sustain itself. We will see. I dont see much. Ill give everyone an update for December soon. Have a good Turkey day! No updates for a couple of days.
