UPDATE: John is taking to dialysis, but it is still a struggle to keep the treatment balanced without side effects, i.e., insomnia, RLS, fatigue...He has changed dialysis centers and we are hoping things are much better for him ! John still remains very active on his good days, is working at his business and remains upbeat, positive and an absolute pleasure to be around ! Hes so funny...and deserving of the best life, everyday, without this disease. I believe we have an angel testing now and a possible different route for Grae, his Son, to test again but always need further participants waiting in the wings to find his donor and make this miracle happen. As always, it is so humbling to ask for your help but sometimes thats how things get done and you have to swallow your pride. We are learning it truly does take a village.
