UPDATE ON MY MUM: she has had her operation today around 2 all went well they decided against putting pins and bolts in her arm due to high risk of infection so they have wired her bones in her arm together to stabilise them. She was allowed home but has to rest for a few days. Apart from a lot of swelling and bruising everything is okay.
