UPDATE!!! Thank you so much to those who have donated and/ or prayed for Rascal,Pam and Caleb through this terrible time. Some of you have asked about the hunter who accidentally shot Rascal, if he has taken any responsibility by paying any of the vet bill, etc. YES, he has paid some of the bill, both before Rascals passing and after. Financially, he is unable to pay anymore, being an elderly gentleman on a fixed income. Pam wants everyone to know that taking her pain and loss out on this man will NOT bring Rascal back or help her in any way to help Caleb get through this as well as herself! And that this man is also hurting over what happened, and is in daily touch with her. So, the vet bill, after what payments she has made, the hunter has made, and donations have been applied, is down to about $800. We are only a few weeks away from Christmas, and Pam has absolutely NO money to spend on Caleb. Please folks, remember that this child is disabled and does not understand anything that has happened, and is in VERY rough shape over losing his best friend! The donations have slowed down and they NEED more help. PLEASE continue to share this on your social medias, and donate if you can. Every little bit helps! I have Siberian huskies myself and are expecting a litter in January. I have decided to give them one of my puppies.
