UPDATE: We need to keep PRAYING...hard, and with confidence. Dales surgery went smoothly, and he is recovering well. Unfortunately, the family received the pathology report after analyzing the tumor that was removed and the tumor has become more aggressive and is a grade 4 glioblastoma. Because of the aggressiveness and late stage, the future is unpredictable, as it could continue to spread despite removal of the tumor. As you could imagine, there is a lot of fear in this, so the Kinsley family ask that the prayers continue. So lets do just that. We will continue to pray for Dales miraculous healing, through Blessed Mother Teresas intercession. Today I come with a prayer request for a needed miracle. Dear friends whom many of you know, the Kinsley family, are experiencing a great time of suffering as the father of the family, Dale, has been diagnosed with a stage 3 brain tumor which needs to be removed promptly. He had this same tumor removed last year, and the prognosis seemed to look good. Just days ago, they found that it reappeared. Brain surgery of any kind is obviously always life threatening, and seeing how late-staged this tumor is, it is hard to know the outcome for sure. Dale & his wife, Jackie, are two beautiful, loving parents, who have 7 kids total- 1 whom they adopted and is only 3 years old. This family is an incredible witness to what it means to GIVE ... they give of themselves in so many ways, constantly. Lets give the greatest thing we can give to them at this time: the gift of prayer. Blessed Mother Teresa is in need of a second miracle to move on to the process of canonization & Sainthood! After prayer & discernment, it seems she is the one who we should ask to heal Dale! What better day to start lifting up prayers than today on her feast day. SO, lets do just that ... lets join together and pray HOPEFULLY, with all confidence that Jesus can heal, through His servants special intercession, Mother Teresa. Mother Teresas first miracle involved the healing of a woman who also had a tumor ... after much prayer from MANY people, the woman was healed and the tumor disappeared. Feel free & please do pass this email on to anyone & everyone. The more prayers, the better. Dale is having surgery to remove the tumor next Thursday, September 11th. Lets pray specifically in these days leading up to the 11th and on that day. (& of course continued prayers after). A simple prayer asking for Blessed Mother Teresas intercession upon Dale is great, but if you would like to pray the specific prayer used for her canonization, here it is: Jesus, you made Blessed Teresa an inspiring example of firm faith and burning charity, an extraordinary witness to the way of spiritual childhood, and a great and esteemed teacher of the value and dignity of every human life. Grant that she may be venerated and imitated as one of the Churchs canonized saints. Hear the requests of all those who seek her intercession, especially the petition I now implore... (for the healing of Dale Kinsley). May we follow her example in heeding Your cry of thirst from the Cross and joyfully loving You in the distressing disguise of the poorest of the poor, especially those most unloved and unwanted. We ask this in Your name and through the intercession of Mary, Your Mother and the Mother of us all. Amen. ALSO! The Missionary of Charity Sisters (Mother Teresas Sisters) in Jenkins, KY will be joining us in prayer and praying for Dale during their big feast day Mass tonight and throughout this whole time.
