District Office Face lift Inaugural Honors Academy BHS 9th Grade Academy Open House SCHOOL START TIMES: Many of us were hoping to get this down to two bell times, but the cost would put the system substantially over budget for the year. They will revisit for the 2015-2016 school year. The school start times have been posted (bartlettschools.org/ourpages/auto/2014/7/9/50840367/BCS2014-15%20Bell%20Times.pdf). They are as follows: 9:00am - Altruria 8:00am - Bartlett Elementary 9:00am - Bon Lin Elementary 8:00am - Ellendale Elementary 8:00am - Oak 8:00am - Rivercrest 7:00am - Appling 8:00am - Bon Lin Middle 9:00am - Elmore Park 7:00am - Bartlett High (Main Campus) 7:00am - Bartlett High (9th Grade Academy) REGISTRATION DAY INFORMATION: There have been many questions regarding what will be required on registration day. I asked a few months ago after pre-registrations and I was told those that pre-registered will just be confirming they are attending and picking up class schedules, etc. The district office is putting together an updated FAQ that will confirm or provide updated information. I will share as soon as it is published. SUPPLY LISTS: Supply lists will be provided by each individual school on the schools individual webpage and/or the district website. Their webpages are being updated this week, so check them for the supply lists. You can find your schools webpage by going to the Bartlett Schools website and select Schools on the top menu. Im told the lists should be up by the end of the week. This is a VERY exciting start to what I believe will help set us apart from other systems in education. Good luck to all of our first class of Honors Academy Students!! BHS 9TH GRADE ACADEMY OPEN HOUSE: Students and parents of 9th grade students are invited to an open house of the new Bartlett City Schools Bartlett High School 9th Grade Academy.
