URGENT HIRING HR ADMIN OFFICER Duties and Responsibilities • Recruiting, Increasing the innovation, creativity and flexibility necessary to enhance competitiveness. • Effectively managing and utilizing people. • Overseeing all aspects of recruiting, right from understanding profile through campus interviews, Job Portals, Peso Job Fairs, Leafleting and advertisements. • Dispatching of applicants to designated clients • Monitoring of the applicants status to each client • Monitoring of old and new Job Openings of each client • Assisting of Qualified applicants for intro in their designated Areas or Branches of client’s store • Maintaining employee’s database and ensuring completion of personal files. • Providing adequate materials for new employees (i.e.; ID Cards uniforms etc.) • Conducts Orientation for each employee such as Code of conducts, Pay day and Cutoffs, deductions, government mandatory etc. • Developing disciplinary actions to be taken through issuing Memorandums • Monitoring every employees End of Contract status i.e.; If renew, end of contract or for absorption of the client as well with different coordinators of the organization (Provincial Areas) • Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel. • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits. • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates. • Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organizations personnel policies and practices. • Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of HR Office
