URGENT HIRING Location: Lucena City CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES Our Customer Support Representatives will provide technical problem resolution to end-users(customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. Your Job Scope 1. Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services 2. Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms; 3. Research required information using available resources; 4. Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications; 5. Familiarity with basic email ticketing and telephony systems a plus 6. Comfortable in handling of difficult customers 7. Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business; 8. Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations; 9. Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary; 10. Stay current with system information, changes and updates 11. Open to shift work on a Saturday or Sunday on alternate weeks Requirements • Communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advise customers clearly and liaise with other professionals. • Listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require. • Problem-solving skills. • Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations. • Motivational skills and an ability to supervise and lead a team of customer service assistants. • Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards. • An ability to work well under pressure. • Organizational and planning skills to develop customer services policies. • A commitment to improve your own customer service skills on an ongoing basis.
