URGENT INFORMATION NEEDED. I am currently assisting in an investigation against a Pedophile, unfortunately I may not mention his name since there are minors involved and he has not yet been convicted but we need to build a water-tight case against this individual. He is now in his middle 50’s, 5.8 meters tall, slender build and black (dyed) hair, he was active in Hibberdene from 2001 and in 2008 he moved to Margate where he continued with his practices. His current modus operandi is to look on FB for single moms with daughters, charms the mother and inevitably moves in with her where after he allegedly molests the girls. In Hibberdene he was suspected to approach girls on the beach and then lured them to his shop where he lived. He was arrested and the case has been postponed for further investigation. Any help will be appreciated.
