URGENT NEED OF 5 PERMITTING STAFF Job Description : • Identify potential sites and establish contact with landowners • Negotiate and acquire land, land rights, licenses, leases, right of entry agreements, permits and other documents necessary for the construction, operation and maintenance of various private and public infrastructure development projects; • Prepare information as required by clients to support condemnation proceedings. Include information sheets, office file information, contact information and diaries, drawings, abstracts, and all documentation necessary to support proceedings and to document “Good Faith Negotiation” and all notes detailing each contact with each property owner. Prepare & issue periodic project reports indicating the status and cost of the managed projects. • Track project quality, timeliness and performance against annual work plans. Must have experience and knowledgeable in real estate values and accepted real estate appraisal practices; advise and assist in establishing a range of fair market values to be used in the acquisition of land; Draft and finalize all documents for rights of entry, damage claims, contracts, easements, licenses, leases, permits, options to purchase and other documents as may be necessary to acquire adequate rights for clients. • Analyze governing zoning and building codes and complete permit applications; Attend preliminary planning & design public meetings to provide acquisition feedback and direction, and represent clients; • Assume additional responsibilities and projects as required, and communicate closely with the client personnel. Skills and Experience: • Candidates must have a bachelors degree in any field • Be highly organized and detail-oriented • Use discretion, good judgment, personal motivation and the ability to work independently • Male only Single/Married • 20- 35 years old • Willing to relocate in Manila Area specially in Region 4 • With driver’s license is required to this position either nonprofessional or professional Please send your resume to hr@matelmarketingcorp with the subject of “PERMITTING STAFF “
