URGENT REQUEST FOR WITNESSES As you may well know I am in court on the 18th August at Maidstone Crown Court for a pre trial review. This has been going on since the 23rd March 2013 when 7-8 constables came to my house to question me over an alleged witness intimidation. They forced their way in and ransacked my home and am now charged with possession of pepper spray and handling a laptop that was innocently purchased. I had representation up to 29th July 2014 and now presenting myself, I have asked the CPS and Court for full disclosure II have also CPR CPRr5.4.2 Supply of documents to parties including new parties. The documents should be supplied within 48hrs after a written request for them is received. CPRr5.4. (1) Supply of documents from the court records. Any party to proceedings maybe supplied from the records of the court with a copy of any documents relating to those proceedings (Including documents filed before the claim was commenced). The County Courts Act 1984 1(2) states: Every court so held shall be a County Court and shall be a court of record and shall have a seal. I Have also sent an Affidavit along with removal of all assumed, presumed or construed power of attorney for any personnel working for the Crown whether in the prosecution, the defense or in the Court, to act in any way on behalf of MR TOBE HAYDEN LEIGH. There has been about 7 hearings so far and various judges have been appointed. The last time I was present was to sack the representation, the barrister also asked to be withdrawn from representing me and HHJ Joy remanded me in custody for a psych report to be done, then 3.5 hours later he bailed me with conditions. These are no longer in effect as I’m litigant in person. I am asking for witnesses to be present in the court to make sure the judiciary are fair and just.
