URGENTLY SEEKING - Chief Medical Officer – UAE Salary on Offer AED 58,000 (R160,000) – AED 97,000 (R275,000) per month (net) Main Responsibilities: (a) The Chief Medical Officer provides the overall medical leadership and is responsible for planning, controlling and directing clinical and nursing functions. (b) The Chief Medical Officer is responsible for clinical operations, financial accountability, human resource management, environmental health and safety, quality improvement, and patient safety for all of the medical divisions and departments. (c) Functioning at the executive management level, the Chief Medical Officer is responsible for assuring that the medical staff meets established standards of competency, quality, behaviour, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Experience: (a) U.S. (or equivalent) Board certified physician. (b) Additional graduate level degree in health care or business administration preferred.
