People also need to realize that service dogs and their humans need to behave perfectly .....Just know that we have not seen both sides of the story, especially based on this one incident. That the other passengers left in solidarity and took buses instead of flying does not support your side of the story. Your comment was that the dog wouldnt sit under the seat. That hardly amounts to disruptive behavior especially if the service dog was protective over his owner as well as being too large for that space. Time to simply say that your actions were ill advised and that the on board personnel were certainly not part of a solution. This could have been a 15 second wonder but instead it is a right fight. Hush, discretion is the better part of valor.
