USAA has stepped in to help me sort things out with Sony since I have yet to receive the credit they promised me after the entire PS4 preorder debacle. As it stands, its been two and half months since I was promised back my $630. Apparently Federal law only protects you for 60 days from the charge and thats one of the reasons companies like to tell you it may take several billing cycles to clear (so you leave them alone until its too late). Even though it is now outside of that 60 day window, USAA thought the way Sony handled things was horrible so they were eager to try and help. Hopefully gets sorted out soon now that Ive got some help.
