Decision Support is responsible for leading valuation work and financial analyses for various Corporate and enterprise-wide groups (excludes M&A and financing efforts led by Corporate Strategy and Corporate Finance). The group serves as an internal consulting team that develops appropriate business cases and analyses to help internal stakeholders make informed investment and operating decisions. The team is located in Burbank, California. Decision Support is responsible for leading valuation work and financial analyses for various Corporate and enterprise-wide groups (excludes M&A and financing efforts led by Corporate Strategy and Corporate Finance). The group serves as an internal consulting team that develops appropriate business cases and analyses to help internal stakeholders make informed investment and operating decisions. The team is located in Burbank, California. Lead valuation work, financial analyses and business case modeling. Identify financial inputs including relevant cash flows, discount rates, foreign exchange rates, etc. Conduct group-specific contract options analyses and determine economic impact of alternatives Lead development of complex financial models Engage with Corporate leaders, FP&A teams, and other internal partners Understand the business and strategies of clients Drive continuous improvement in Decision Support processes Assist the Director with special projects / assignments Manage, engage and develop a team of Senior Analysts and Analysts · Minimum 7 years of work experience in finance · Minimum 5 years of work experience in performing valuation or business development work · Prior work experience in investment banking, consulting, business development, or related field Management experience leading teams · Strong quantitative and analytical skills combined with solid business and financial acumen · Ability to have a consultative approach with clients, helping to drive business and financial decisions · Presentation, written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to translate financial information to various business audiences to inform decision making and reach effective business solutions · Flexible, special-projects orientation coupled with solid multi-tasking abilities · Demonstrated track record of process improvements and ability to implement best practices · Excellent team player with strong relationship building skills Required Qualifications · Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, economics or related/quantitative field of study required Preferred Education · MBA from top tier school preferred To apply please click on link: bit.ly/1kTiVIl California Black Chamber of Commerce
