USC Medical just called... The Authorization for treatment that was turned in on November 7th is still PENDING?!? They gave me the Direct Number to Supervisor for my Insurance and I called her (She was not Happy). I told her about the 73 mile, 2 hr drive where I have to leave at 6 am and drop off my 11 year old child with his Mom before I leave. She just apologized and re entered my info in the computer and said she would try to have the Authorization Department get the Authorization to USC by Monday Morning. So Please Pray that my Insurance gets the Authorization there before I do or I will have to reschedule and that will cost more Money and Time to do. I am trying not to be frustrated! I really am!
