"UTOCRACY" - A GOVERNMENT FOR THE FUTURE? It is assumed that the political structures of the future will reflect those of today. While there are people who argue for new-world orders and one-world governments, this would not be a good strategy because it would deny the basic human right of individuality, and would stifle one of our better traits - diversity. It is much more desirable to work with what we have, and try to make things better. That being said, it is also assumed that the issue of overpopulation will eventually be addressed, and over time, many nations around the world will confront this issue. Concurrently, these nations will hopefully also commit to respecting the rights and freedoms of their citizens, as well as respecting like-minded nations and ostracizing nations that degrade their people. These nations will be those that acknowledge, and commit to, the concept of utopization. These nations may very well be identified as a new government type - a "utocracy". UTOCRACY [u-TOK-ruh-see]: a nation that commits to comply with the principles defined by the utopization concept, and governs itself in a manner that includes the tenets of a Utopian Nation. Governments of the future that commit to the concept of utopization, regardless of their current form of government, could have utocracy appended to their political type. We could have democratic utocracies, dictatorship utocracies, theocratic utocracies, communist utocracies, and any number of other utocracies. All that is needed is for a nation to commit to the tenets of utopization. Finally, mention must be made of those nations that reject the tenets of utopization, if the concept actually results in the establishment of one or more Utopian Nations. If a nation continues to deny the basic rights and freedoms to their citizens, refuses to strive to live within their means, and/or disregards the rights and privileges of other nations, that nation will be ostracized by all existing Utopian Nations. Governments of "rogue" nations will lose the support of "good" nations until they change their ways. Hopefully, positive results will come.
