Ua tsaug! Many thanks to all the people who came to support the Hmong elderss last night. The house was packed. The audience was beautiful, diverse across ages, and gave a lot of love. And the elders had a blast performing. All these months of working together was leading up to them performing for and talking to all of you younger people (younger meaning birth to 40s, maybe even 50s). Thank you for showing up and validating to them that their voices are still important and that they are actually artists themselves.
