All you need is 100 gram hard cheese like mature cheddar is fine. And anything you want to add to pizza. Better if you dont need to buy anything - coz it will add cost and you can cook less ammount of pizza then. But if you have growing in garden you can add anything like peppers, olives, mushrooms or if you wish so put canned tuna, canned corn, sausace anything diced. For sauce: 250 gramm of chopped tomatoes (they sold in cans). 150 gramm onions. If you have garlic add it as well. Some pepper and sault. Some rosemary and thyme (as dry spices sold in shops). 50 gramm of any oil (sunflower is cheaper). Fry onions until golden then add chopped tomatoes and the rest and cook until thickens 5-10 minutes. For dove: 300 gramm white flour. 200 gramm water. 2 spoon any oil (sunflower is fine). 1 teaspoon of sault. 2 teaspoon of sugar. 1 teaspoon yeast (for growing bread dove). Mix it all and put in warm place for half hour. Prepare oven 180 C degree. Put dove and flaten it like 25-30 cm diameter make it really flat on cooking tray. Put sauce on top just enough to make it have a color like you put butter on bread. Dont make it too wet. Put anything you want to add or just put cheese with grater on top. Pizza with nothing else added just dove, sauce and cheese is fine. You not going to miss anything. And it will be much cheaper to cook anytime. Put in oven for 10-15 minutes in 180 C degree until dove gets color. Take it out and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Cut it and eat. This all process takes less than one hour and it cost like 2 euro per pizza. Also when you cook sauce or dove you can prepare at once for 2-3 pizza or more then you have spent even less time.
