And this app based cab service was making a mockery of all state laws right in the national capital and the authorities sprang to action after a heinous crime. And Arvind Kejriwal who has been relentlessly campaigning to bring E-Rickshaws on Delhi roads must understand the perils of having untrained, unverified drivers driving unregistered and unrecognized vehicles in the capital of India!
