Uh-oh! The PH ranked #6 in the World to have the WORST CRONY - CAPITALISM , where Political Leaders/ Public Servants TOLERATES , are in COHORTS or are PARTNERS with BUSINESSMEN, in RIGGING Govt projects and transactions, thus, promoting CORRUPTION, MONOPOLY, ABUSE and FAVORITISM, the cause of the big losses and destruction of the Govt, People and their Country. Crony-Capitalism happens in POOR NATIONS caused by the poor quality of LEADERSHIP in their character/ virtues, behavior and lack of education and experience, poor work ethics and the lack or the absence of SHAME and the SENSITIVITY of their Citizens plight and living conditions. When Leaders are of good quality, possessing the above qualities, everybody in the Bureaucracy and their CITIZENS too, will respect, support and will follow their kind of Leadership and the kind of management they give to the Govt and the people in general. Unfortunately, the PH have long been ruled by MONEY Politics so, it is ruled by their kind of a Golden Rule of they who have the gold will rule, hence, most of our Politicians mix the powers of Politics and Business under their possession and control, hence, the formation of political dynasties, Lords and Oligarchs.This, has affected further, the quality of Leaders, Governance and the poor conditions of the majority of our people and our Country in general. We become a Country ruled by Men and Money, not of laws. Politicians become Rich while in Power with no one who becomes poor or has lowered his assets and wealth in their SALN while they are in their seats of Power.The PH thus, being RICH in Natural resources including its talented People become poor but, are ruled and controlled by the RICH and are getting much RICHER Political and Business Leaders...
