Uhuru has been summoned to the Hague because his name is before the court! Uhuru for this simple reason has to obey the ICC orders and attend the proceedings as a criminal and he remains guilty, not innocent, at worst, not until he bribes out the very last evidence! Uhurus name penetrated right into the ICC, NOT because he was innocent or because somebody fixed him but because the then Justice Waki-led findings had captured Uhuru Kenyatta in its report! We therefore got to note the point here very cautiously: 1. Uhurus case and thus summons are Uhurus and they involve only Uhuru as such NOT Kenya. Uhuru has been called by the Eboye Osujis bench of judges as a criminal Uhuru NOT as a President. 3. Uhurus presidency is precious only in Uhurus eyes NOT every other internationally recognized institution! So far, there isnt any case to answer until theres no case to answer! Those fooling and confusing Uhuru on which route he should take on the matter have only the now infamous, boycott option to urge him with. Careful! Careful people!
