Why is it important to you?* I live by a philosophy I call “deep health.” It doesn’t come from a pill or a plan. Rather, it comes from a balanced diet of fresh, whole foods. It comes from sufficient exercise combined with genuine rest. It comes from clean air and clean water. It comes from living with purpose and joy, and using life as an expression of these things. By attending to each of these areas, I can accomplish health beyond “biceps” and “broccoli”. But this is bigger than me.
