We often take our own healthcare and peace of mind for granted and Imaging the World has worked tirelessly to give mothers in Ugandan villages the access to ultrasound that they desperately need. The maternal mortality in Uganda is 360 maternal deaths per 100,000 live births, which is a rate 15 times greater than that of the United States.
