Umm while Im on my soap box, if youre child is throwing a tantrum, like youve never seen then you take her out for ice cream?!?!!? Dont expect a child to be encouraged to act right or do well when you ask them if youre constantly spoiling them. Children do need boundaries and reasons to do what they are asked, acting right, making good grades, minding and obeying you wont happen until you reward only when needed. doesnt make you less of a parent at all.
