Unarmed attacker isnt a threat? In this footage, which has been used to train police officers for years, we see an unarmed attacker gain the advantage and attempt to disarm the unconscious officer. The offenders attempts are frustrated by the retention devices on the officers holster and combined with the shouts/horns honking from passersby, the offender abandons his plan to kill the officer with her own gun in front if so many witnesses and flees. Monday morning quarterbacks lecture me again on how an unarmed attacker isnt dangerous. On average, 2 people a day in the USA are beat to death with fists and feet.
