Unbelievable. History repeats itself. I forgot my RHB ATM pin last night. (Yes, again.) My card was deactivated after three attempts. Today I went to one of the other branches choosing to avoid the main branch. Again, I was directed to the wrong counter and was told to go to another counter. No biggie. I moved. Teller: Yes, Can I help you? Me: I forgot my password and my ATM card was deactivated after three attempts. Id like to sort it out. Teller: okay Sir, Can you remember your Pin Number? Me: I forgot what it was which is why my card. was. deactivated. Teller: yes, but can you remember your pin? Me: (lost) If you want to pass me a keypad I can try see if I can get it right. Teller: Please fill form and sign. Five to ten mins later. Please sign receipt. Thank you. This is your card. I have reset. Me: Thank you. What pin shall I use initially to get in and change to my own pin? Teller: Just use your old pin. Me: (stunned) But I cant remember my old pin which is why it was deactivated after three attempts!!! (ftustrated). Teller: I asked you just now and you said you remember. Me: I never said that! Never mind, I will try recall the old pin and walked to the machine. I failed after three attempts and again my ATM was deactivated. Me: Nope. I cant remember. Please reset. Five to ten minutes later. Teller : please sign here and log in using 123456 then change your pin. Me: @#4££@1@. Half hour gone.
