In just the 3rd quarter of 2013, these industries have made a combined profit of over $23 billion. Instead of providing these already profitable companies with more tax giveaways, we should be investing in the American people by creating good jobs and ending cuts to food assistance. Thats why yesterday, Sen. Bernie Sanders and I introduced the End Polluter Welfare Act of 2013.
