Under paying, overpaying, not paying. NovoPay has to be one of this nations biggest cost cutting disasters. The errors in last pay rounds were so massive they were comparable to the introduction period. For us this pay period slightly better, but still a considerable number of errors that needed fixing, all requiring large amounts of time, and resources better spent elsewhere....(overpayments not deducted, allowances stopped for no apparent reason, relievers not paid, and the list goes on.) Its like beating a broken drum, and Im sure the general public are sick and tired of hearing about it. But would this problem still exist if it was effecting the salaries of our politicians, REGARDLESS OF THEIR PARTY AFFILIATION? Of course not! Thousands of teachers, support staff, administration staff and many, many more nationwide are effected week after week... Maybe weve come too far to turn back, but something needs to be done. Its an election year lets hope thats has some effect.
