Under the stewardship of VG Harold O. Imperial, the 11th SPA duly assembled conducted its 63rd Regular Session on September 30, 2014. In a rare occasion, VG Harold Imperial temporarily relinquished the chair to the lady of the house, BM Glenda Ong Bongao as the Temporary Presiding Officer. To show his support to the teachers and mentors, he sponsored Resolution No. 0092-2014 entitled: “Gratefully honoring the teachers of Albay for fulfilling their roles in empowering the learners within the Province of Albay in connection with the observance of the National Teacher’s Month held on September 5 to October 5, 2014”, co-authored by all Board Members present. Likewise, he sponsored Resolution No. 0093-2014, “Expressing deepest sympathy and condolences to the bereaved family of the late Mr. Martin M. Locsin, Sr. of Pioduran, Albay, a retired teacher and public servant for his untimely demise on September 29, 2014.”
