• Understanding of the Company’s Specialized product portfolio • Technical demonstration and technical positioning of products • Working closely with product management, sales and service teams for optimizing the sales efficiency, customer satisfaction and creating a brand value for the company • Driving the reagent sales by value addition and key account management • Functioning as the on-site technical Support for the client, logically solving client’s technical queries • Onsite as well as offsite troubleshooting of assays, systems and protocols • Provide an on-site Application Training to current & potential clients • Monitoring and evaluating internal and external quality controls • Conducting Scientific Marketing activities, Workshops, Technical meets and other customer engagement activities • Pre-sales and post-sales support for sales team in terms of technical information, competitive information and technical discussions with the prospects • Product demonstrations onsite, highlighting the technicalities and user benefits • Providing training & technical support to the Account Managers/Sales Team throughout the sales cycle Prerequisites for the position: • 3-5 years of hands on experience in HLA Typing & Cross matching • A sound understanding of HLA Typing & Transplant Immunology • Capability to provide hands on training on Molecular techniques & interpretation of HLA results • Technically sound & Commercially oriented • Willingness to travel frequently • Aligned to work on Company’s growth objectives Keywords-“HLA” ”HLA Typing” ”Luminex” ”Transplant Diagnostics” ”Tissue Typing” ”SSP Typing” ”SSO Typing” ”DSA” Remuneration- 5 lac p.a(starting)
