Unfortunately due to another last minute cancellation for tomorrow after turning other people away I MUST enforce a strict deposit policy with your information email (which will be in the junk folder if its not in your normal mailbox) a paypal request will be sent for the whole amount if under £20 or 50% if over £20. After 24 hours if the deposit has not been paid a reminder will be sent - after 48 hours the appointment will be cancelled & a cancellation email sent. Paypal is quick easy to use and safe and you dont need a paypal account. I try to go out of my way for customers, late evening appointments working weekends etc but unfortunately last minute cancellations and no-shows mean that everyone regardless must now pay a deposit.
