Unfortunately, its 7.20pm and we have not even board our plane to Amsterdam which was suppose to be from Florence at 5.10pm. We were told the flight will be from Bologna then moved again to Pisa airport from Florence due to windy weather. Upon arriving at Pisa terminal by bus, there is absolutely no KLM staff to help us out or direct us. Many of us are on transit and gonna surely miss the connecting flight. There are many children and elderly in this flight. The only reply we keep getting from ALL the airport staff is I DONT KNOW This is absolutely unacceptable and dissapointing of KLM!!
